when the global company, syngenta entered the indian market to provide innovative crop solutions, its main challenge was to address farmers from various regional languages and demographics. understanding this challenge, we had to break down these messages into a visually communicative manner. by personifying insect characters into mascots with happy farmers, these campaigns were direct & aimed at educating the farmers that was well achieved. to develop a stronger customer connection, experience centers were designed in rural areas as well that showcased crop-wise products and live demos of product usage. this project ideation worked best and resulted in better sales and promotions.
