infrastructure & energy services limited (iot) under the parent group indian oil corporation; believed to reinforce their values which in turn drive internal behaviour and actions for better performance, productivity and profits. this journey towards adopting, understanding and ‘living the values’ needed to be enunciated in an attractive and adaptive style. the design solution of the analogy of animal characteristics and behaviour were put together with real scenarios to represent the brand’s core values.
the strong polygonal animal graphical style re-invented the brand and developed a high recall value.
